***Visit the gallery from June 10 to June 14, 1–7 PM, to view the exhibition and begin silent bidding on the work!***
Join Gallery 263 on June 14 for a silent auction of original artwork and unique experiences, as well as craft cocktails*, a warm atmosphere, and good friends.
Art in this auction has been generously donated by talented artists and all proceeds will go toward continued programming at Gallery 263. The artworks span an array of artistic mediums, ensuring attendees will find something they love. Not only is this event an opportunity to add to your collection (or make your first art purchase), but it also offers a way to contribute to Gallery 263 and its special role in the Cambridge arts community.
Visit the gallery and this page the week of June 10 to preview the works up for grabs. Silent bidding in the gallery begins when the auction exhibition opens on Monday, June 10 at 1 PM. The artwork will be on view to the public from Monday, June 10 to Friday, June 14, from 1 to 7 PM.
In addition, attendees will have opportunities to win four one-of-a-kind experiences: a private artist and director–led tour of “The Pod,” part of the Peabody Essex Museum Art & Nature Center; a private tour of America’s Test Kitchen located in Boston’s Seaport District by recipe developer Andrew Janjigian; a chance to have your portrait painted by artist Catherine Graffam; and a retreat at the Cambridge Zen Center.
Don’t miss out on this special evening, reserve your tickets now! We look forward to seeing you.
*Two drinks provided per ticket. Cash bar also available.
