Monday Night, Hatha
This class emphasizes attention to alignment within a flowing sequence designed to challenge all levels and leave you feeling strengthened and energized. Great way to wind down your day and start your week!
Wednesday Night, Vinyasa Flow
This class is similar to a vinyasa style in that the breath is used in conjunction with movement. The class is suitable for
all levels, and includes specific instruction for all ranges of ability. Basic postures are always incorporated and introduced,
and are coupled with the opportunity to try or modify more advanced postures. Devon's fluid sequencing, purposeful cueing, and
lighthearted nature gives the student a great workout, an even better stretch, and hopefully a few smiles as well.
Devon Wilson Hill
Stepping on the yoga mat in high school gave Devon a refreshing prospective of those teen years. Today, yoga continues
to change Devon every time she steps on the mat. She is happy to bring her practice and yoga learning to the Gallery 263
Community. Devon teaches an invigorating, adventurous style of yoga that is appropriate for beginners and experienced yogis
alike. Each class at the Gallery is taught progressively, allowing everyone a challenge. She is a student of Astanga and
Iyengar yoga and borrows from both traditions. Devon was trained by Mimi Loureriou at O2 yoga and teaches at O2 Studios,
a number of gyms and at private homes in the Greater Boston area.
