Join Gallery Artist Member Mursal Nazary on Saturday, September 18 for a workshop that focuses on how to capture a sense of light, color, and space in still life painting. Nazary will discuss color and how to match the surprising color relationships we find through working from observation in paint. She will also explore drawing and conveying planar relationships with notes of color rather than contour, as well as exploring tools for developing composition.
Attendees should bring their own painting materials. Water-based paints (watercolor, gouache, or casein) only. A suggested materials list will be supplied to registered guests. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions about materials.
Tickets are free. If you would like to share your appreciation for this workshop, there is a suggested donation of $30. To make a donation, please do here>>
